tb 34b1e9e4f5 Clean up purple plugin for SSL: ...

- no need to disable SSLv2 and SSLv3
- no need to initialize the libraries explicitly anymore
- remove incomplete uninit code
- use TLS_method() instead of SSLv23_client_method()
