mbalmer a304c7734b Update to sec version 2.4.1 and add SHA256 checksum 
* improved the daemonization code.
* changed Sys::Syslog::openlog() options from 'cons,pid' to 'pid'.
* starting from this version, 'logonly' action has an optional parameter.
