sthen bb7bf8377d update to kc-2.4.2, from maintainer/upstream LÉVAI Dániel

Note: the storage format has changed, dump to xml before updating:

$ kc -k ~/.kc/default.kcd
Password:
<example_chain% > dump kcdump
Dump OK
<example_chain% > quit

Then follow instructions in /usr/local/share/doc/kc/Changelog.

There is an @ask-update question during update giving users chance to do this.

kc comes with a tiny and simple utility which can convert an exported
pwsafe database to a kc compatible XML database (that can be imported to
it later). It is installed under ${PREFIX}/share/kc/. Note that this
script requires Perl modules provided by the p5-HTML-Parser package.
