landry 2846773fbd Import ssh-ldap-helper, extracted with great prejudice from Red Hat's ... openssh-5.3p1.src.rpm. ssh-ldap-helper is a small helper for sshd's AuthorizedKeysCommand config keyword, allowing to fetch the AuthorizedKeys from an LDAP directory with a given schema.
