jasper 9b2894aeaf - rename USE_NANT to MODMONO_NANT and change it to use yes/no instead of
merely checking if it's defined.
- define MODMONO_(BUILD,INSTALL)_TARGET which can be used if
  do-(build,install) are already defined.
