brad a0711d7430 - add HOMEPAGE ...

- remove FAKE=Yes and license type
- remove configure script and integrate it into the Makefile
- add #!/bin/sh to DEINSTALL
- re-arrange INSTALL script a bit and remove bogus PIDFILE variable
