* Fix a DNS request hijacking vulnerability.
* Fix an ANSI escape sequence vulnerability.
* Fix a DOS vulernerability in the query command.
* Fix a vulnerability in the gem installer that allowed a malicious
  gem to overwrite arbitrary files.
