juanfra ab77b8b17b Update to pdf2djvu 0.9.6rc20170321. ...

This is not a stable release but upstream included support for poppler
0.53 and moved the code to c++11. Updating now, so kili@ can work on
poppler 0.53.

Passes the tests on amd64 with poppler 0.52.
