rpe 8bcd0ba23f based on a port from juanfra684 in openbsd-wip/fonts 
- reorder Makefile according to Makefile.template
- trim COMMENT
- fetch files from the original site
- change DISTNAME, MASTER_SITES, EXTRACT_SUFX accordingly
- use lowercase for fonts directory
- install docu pdf too
