openbsd-ports/net/ngrep/Makefile
sthen 2870e043fe - drop privs to a new _ngrep user rather than nobody,
- chroot to /var/empty,
- support pppoe,
- autoconf surgery (functional rather than pretty) to use a version
of pcre from the century of the fruitbat,
- fix license marker, regen plist
