landry ce6e0a96f1 Update to xulrunner 24.5.0. ...

- building from firefox-esr source tarball will allow us to better track
  security fixes.. and download one less distfile.
- remove the two config/system-headers patches from #944454, were merged
  in esr24 branch.

Went in a bulk build without fallout..
