landry 1fa1c032da Fix getpeereid() fallout. header uses #ifdef HAVE_GETPEEREID, but configure
doesn't even check for the function presence. Add -DHAVE_GETPEEREID to
CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS in MAKE_FLAGS to fix it.
