op 5210c2a040 update net/tut to 1.0.34 ... 1.0.32: - tut now gets the number of chars, poll options and length of each option from the instance. char-limit is removed from the config. - URLs now has a fixed length set by the instance, so char count should be correct when composing toots. - the API now uses WebSocket stream instead of streaming over https.
