In order to use vmwh add the following line to ~/.xinitrc or
~/.xsession before the window manager:

${TRUEPREFIX}/bin/vmwh &

To enable copy and paste from/to xterm(1) add the following line
to ~/.Xdefaults:

XTerm*selectToClipboard:true
