dons a926eea62b Disable the ffi on all platforms. Too flakey, caused ffihugs to dump ... core on sparc64. No ffi was the old hugs' behaviour. Also respect $CC while we're here. Tested and fixed by sturm@ with some help from me Ok sturm@ pvalchev@		2004-05-17 02:24:32 +00:00
