avsm bf3b3b9704 - upgrade to sablotron-0.44 ...

- remove patch that has been merged into the source tree
- bump NEED_VERSION
- MASTER_SITE updated since the homepage has been rearranged
- use EXTRACT_SUFX instead of hardcoding .tar.gz in DISTFILES
