jca 4e33da0103 Fix info file so that install-info --delete succeeds.

Reported by many including tedu@, ok ajacoutot@

If you see an error message about gpgrt.info at pkg_add time, you can
manually fix your install with:

  sed -i 's/^\* libgpg-error: (gnupg)/* libgpg-error: (gpgrt)/' /usr/local/info/dir
