naddy c0f5554a06 remove useless CONFIGURE_STYLE=none ... If a port should not attempt to run a configure script, simply don't set CONFIGURE_STYLE at all. The perl and pyton modules use CONFIGURE_STYLE=none for their own purposes. Also, some ports use it to disable a default provided by Makefile.inc.
