brad 4cc3b9b4f5 - move sample conf file from lib/vtun to share/examples/vtun
- move docs from lib/vtun to share/doc/vtun
- install a few more docs
- ${FOO} -> $FOO in INSTALL/DEINSTALL scripts
- use install instead of cp to install the sample conf file
