naddy 3e34ec6de7 Update to 1.2.20; from Peter Williams <peterbw@gmail.com>.

Notable changes:
- fix crash/build failure when taskbar disabled
- fix build/link with some gcc/g++ versions
- disable SupportsSemitransparency by default, this makes icewmbg
  exit after setting the image and reduces memory usage
