Replace x11/kde4/{libkipi,libkdcraw,libksane} by digikam-kde4 -dcraw, -libkipi,
-sane to avoid bulk conflicts with KDE4 and 5 applications.
With this move we have to go without ksaneplugin and drop support in
graphics-thumbnailers and ksnapshot.
Help from jca@ with packages adjustments.
