Upstream apparently shipped at new tarball for the same 1.6 release that merely includes the oniguruma sources, which we explicitly disable anyway in favour of the dedicated textproc/oniguruma port. Avoid fetch failures from GitHub and fallback to the next MASTER_SITES by using the new tarball instead. No changes otherwise, DISTFILES input and OK sthen
