Upstream switched to pytest for tests, adjust accordingly and add a
patch that worksaround the fact that pytest 3.6 is required (cf
OSGeo/gdal#1165)

Add another temporary patch as we dont have RLIMIT_AS (cf
OSGeo/gdal#1163)

tested in a bulk build without fallout.
