sthen 1caf8106f1 Delete an accidentally duplicated "Libs.private" line in the .pc file which was ... causing "pkgconfig libiodbc --exists" to return false with a knock-on effect of triggering a different codepath in php's autoconf script causing it to link the main binary against libiodbc.
