(because WRAP_STL_INCLUDES is 1 there), it apparently added to fix a
windows build issue (bug #557060), make absolutely no sense to me, and
nothing in the mozilla tree includes it.
Should fix packaging issue as seen on i386 by nigel@ & sthen@ (and
probably other archs)
