jsg 8c0788f636 update eduke32 to 20191222-8494
Among many other changes from 20171105-6496 this adds support for
Ion Fury.  A new commercial Build engine game worked on by eduke32
developers.

From maintainer Ryan Freeman with bits from solene@ and myself.
