naddy cf907ad20b Import wmglobe 1.1-alpha.
Submitted by Peter Stromberg <home@wilfried.net>.

wmglobe is a WindowMaker dock app that displays the earth on
an icon. It's an adaptation of XGlobe to WMaker environnement.
wmglobe uses a map which is rendered on a sphere by raytracing.
