Running the Google Cloud SDK requires the following to be set in the
environment:
export PATH=${PATH}:${PREFIX}/google-cloud-sdk/bin
Note that for obvious reasons, the "docker" subcommand and kubectl are not
supported on OpenBSD for managing a GKE cluster.
