kurt 5169d71731 bump SO_VERSION to 19.0 to make room for firefox -stable updates. firefox ... in -stable has internal nspr and will cause issues for users who upgrade if SO_VERSION reaches 19.0 due to the .libs package. discussed with martynas. okay pvalchev@		2007-03-06 18:30:31 +00:00
