cwen 929ede0ce6 webkitgtk4: unbreak on powerpc ...

- remove powerpc specific patch (upstreamed)
- the ENABLE_GRAPHICS_CONTEXT_GL option is now USE_OPENGL_OR_ES
- add a patch that fixes the build when USE_OPENGL_OR_ES is set to
  OFF

Javascript runtime on powerpc is mostly broken like it used to be
before 2.30.
