- Clean up URI parser.
- Workaround thttpd's buggy SCRIPT_NAME / PATH_INFO parser.
- Allow downloading a single port/pkgsrc in tarball by default.
- Remove an obsolete notice: CVSWEB_CONFIG is disused.
- One leftover substitution: "cvs" -> $CMD{cvs}.
- Use a fixed-width font in the colored diff view.
- Do closedir() properly.
- Encode colons in file names properly.
