merdely ea2e20c2ad import libdbi-drivers ...

The libdbi-drivers project provides the database-specific drivers for
the libdbi framework. The current version of libdbi-drivers will work
with any 0.8.x release of the framework.

It supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, sqlite, sqlite3, and FreeTDS
