ff54a4e442 simplify copy-and-pasting for the postgresql README: 
- chunk each block together so it can be done in one go rather than
line by line

- remove some unnecessary su(1)'s to reduce the number of multiline
copies

Also, mention about how UTF-8 is used by default if you're running the
commands from a UTF-8 terminal (the "obvious" method of just changing
-E doesn't work in that case).

4c1a6388c5 use "chained joins" to create canonical_depends with the Sql.pm framework 
kill a bit of code.

adjust is now the only request "not in the mold", so just create it when
needed (so, late enough)

Add index creation (directly in create_schema), for now used for
canonical.

ef60c4a284 Unbreak after mincore(2) removal 
Follow upstream and assume that we should yield if there's a chance that
the block isn't mapped.  Hopefully the assumption doesn't have
a negative impact on runtime (besides slightly slower operations).

Not waiting for maintainer, the assumption is that a non-optimal package
is better than no package at all.
