dee78dc62d Bump Go to 1.15beta1. 
- Add a permissions fix from sthen@
- Remove patches as they are not needed now

Tested on amd64, arm64, armv7 and i386 (ty sthen!).

armv7 has an intermittent issue with tests.

5e0753603c Update flang to its latest code. 
Upstream now considers this the Classic Flang compiler in contrast to the
new Flang compiler, formerly known as f18, that has recently been
upstreamed into LLVM.

3942c7e664 Fix build when python2 is not installed. 
configure is a dumb shell+python script checking that python2 is
available in $PATH, then re-execs itself, and then imports configure.py
which works perfectly fine with python3.

Just set CONFIGURE_SCRIPT to ${MODPY_BIN} configure.py to work around
this wrapper madness.

5d66e056e7 Move nodejs to use python3 by default. 
been able to npm install leafpad sqlite3 (which exercises node-gyp)
firefox also builds fine with that version.

970e853fd4 Add the ability to follow redirected dependencies. 
- De-duplicate our .mod and .zip files.
- Move chdir to a child process.
- Break MODGO_MODULES and MODGO_MODFILES values into their own lines
  for easier reading.

2c326f8b33 add FIX_CLEANUP_PERMISSIONS and enable it by default on go.port.mk when 
using MODGO_MODNAME.

This is needed to work around this issue:
https://github.com/golang/go/issues/27455

which makes `make clean` because of the restrictive permissions.

59092ed77a Unbreak PKGSPEC 
I shoudn't have introduced EPOCH in the revert to camlp4-4.08+1, it was
not needed (the update to camlp4-4.10+1 didn't build) and it lead to
this PKGSPEC issue that I overlooked.

This fixes net/mldonkey, the last consumer of camlp4.  Reported by naddy@
