${GH_VER} got removed when switching to the new github handling, which in

turn ended up setting a bogus version string. use ${GH_TAGNAME} instead now.

(while the .1 release contains a security fix, the security issue was only
introduced with 3.5.3 release which we didn't have in ports.)
