KountDown is a screensaver which counts down to a specified date.
Features include:
o an optional "half-way" setting to set a time when the behaviour of
the screensaver will change.
o configurable countdown text, text font and text color.
Most notable improvement seems to be font-handling, especially unicode stuff.
Configured to relocate plugins at a reasonable place. Includes *sql
plugins, though they are thoroughly untested at the moment.
Works good enough to recompile xglobe for instance. Still work to do
though, some paths are probably incorrect yet.
KDirStat (KDE Directory Statistics) is a small utility program that sums
up disk usage for direcory trees, very much like the Unix 'du' command.
It displays the disk space used up by a directory tree, both numerically
and graphically.
