7bae051729 autoconf pulls in libelf if found; add as LIB_DEPENDS, bump PKGNAME.
found in naddy's lib-depends-check run.

04d06f7b44 bump C++ shared libs after typedef changes.
note that all SDL libs link with supc++ (potentially, and thus are affected)
-> don't take a chance, bump.
