c114d7057b add pthread to COMPILER_LIBCXX. 
white lie, but it allows clang and gcc to be more similar

f01bf712ba add -logg to the .pc file if we are compiled with ogg, so other software 
depending on pkg-config's --libs output don't need to be patched. naddy@ ok
