bb9cd9a448 Initial import of dnstracer-1.2
Dnstracer determines where a given Domain Name Server (DNS) gets
its information from, and follows the chain of DNS servers back to
the servers which know the data.

Its behaviour is similair to ntptrace(8), which does it for the
NTP protocol.

1522e709da Initial import of hc-3.0
The program converts a GB file to a BIG-5 file, or a BIG-5 file to a GB file.
GB (GuoBiao) refers to the standard implementation of "GB2312-80" of
Mainland China, in which the two bytes representing a GB code have their
most significant bit set to 1.  BIG-5 refers to the Big Five standard
published in 1984 by Taiwan's Institute for Information Industry.

f834b96787 naddy@, fgsch@ and I all agreed to remove the pop and imap
FLAVORs and intergrate them in the default install in both stable
and snapshot ports of mail/mutt

9f8a63c84e Initial import of p5-XML-NamespaceSupport-1.02

This module offers a simple to process namespaced XML names (unames)
from within any application that may need them. It also helps
maintain a prefix to namespace URI map, and provides a number of
basic checks.
