91d9a23e3b Add libtool to BUILD_DEPENDS instead of overriding it. Fixes build on a 
clean machine so that it correctly installs autoconf/automake/metaauto.

1aad8ff35d Explicitely add libtool to BUILD_DEPENDS as jack autohell uses macros from 
libtool.m4. Builds fine with ports libtool otherwise.

0249dd854f autogen.sh needs libtoolize, so add gnu libtool as build dep. 
builds fine with in tree libtool however.

57ab4ef3bc - remove sparc64 gcc3.3 workaround 
- this should be SHARED_ONLY, add and rework PLISTs
- minor update while there
- better license marker

- remove bogus PERMIT_DISTFILES_*-mp3, this variable is not per-subpackage
- set PERMIT_PACKAGE_CDROM-mp3
from me.

dc43149a11 don't pull in libjack in portsmf now that we aren't guaranteeing jack 
is installed via portaudio.  there is no OpenBSD midi support in jack
anyway ...

e7bce2ed58 don't build with jack, which added a bit of runtime dependencies. 
now portaudio-svn has no runtime dependencies.

520a9b2969 update to 1.0.2 which adds support for MTC/MMC, thus now it can 
control aucat and stay in sync with any audio program using aucat.

- avoid min/max macros, fstream impl gets confused
- explicit instantations must have template<> prepended
- can't declare ostream, use iosfwd
- friends do not a declaration make
