Add MODGNU_AUTOCONF_DEPENDS to BUILD_DEPENDS as those automake ports
...
check for autoconf existence during configure. Propagate
AUTOCONF_VERSION to CONFIGURE/MAKE_ENV to make sure the needed version
is found.
