Fix compilation by updating to latest stable (noticed by sturm@)

Also split the cal plugin into a separate package, as it requires
kdepim.

update libkipi and kipi-plugins to newer versions.
...
libkipi is a trivial update.
kipi-plugins features several improvements: switches to exiv2 from libexif,
moves the ImageMagick dependency to a runtime depend (due to a weird
ImageMagick bug).
