7ec55903ce Update py-humanize to 2.5.0. humanize no longer supports python2 so
drop that flavor. There were no consumers for the python2 version
anyway.

b02fb0097a Update textproc/py-humanize 0.5.1 -> 1.0.0
Updates to latest. Tests are now included in the pypi tarball so
make tests work.

Changes are mostly localization with a couple minor fixes.

1c605b03e9 Import py-humanize-0.5.1.
This modest package contains various common humanization utilities, like
turning a number into a fuzzy human readable duration ('3 minutes ago')
or into a human readable size or throughput.

From Kurt Mosiejczuk; thanks!
