add ONLY_FOR_ARCHS and specify archs which our in-tree Apache supports
...
DSO's on. This is so we don't get tripped up on archs that do not have DSO
support yet (i.e. ELF-based archs & static only archs).

This is the Apache RADIUS authentication module. It allows
any Apache web-server to become a RADIUS client for
authentication and accounting requests.
