GStreamer configure script does not set --disable-debug by default and
...
for a good reason. One of them being that the gstdebug.so plugin is
actually needed by other apps.
gstreamer,-main: move some files from -main to -frontend ; fix dependencies
Regen all PLISTs and bump all PKGNAMEs.

- rename the nsf_init function to gstnsf_init to prevent symbol conflict

autoconf picks up mpeg2enc from mjpegtools if installed, causing the
...
build to fail. Fix this by adding --disable-* arguments for every optional
component listed that we don't package.
Bump all packages just in case something else was pulled in that
affected them; probably unnecessary, but safer.
