Add a missing PLIST file for the "ro" flavour.
Make PLISTs refer to the ${P} variable instead of hard-coding the vim version.
Drop redundant @comments from PLISTs (suggested by sthen).
Move the distfiles into their own distfile subdir (suggested by jasper).
