note, if you have copied and modified default.xml (as discouraged by the
pkg-readme but sometimes necessary), you will need to merge changes from
the new upstream version otherwise traccar will fail to start.
- make the web iface default to listen on localhost only
- disable the builtin 'report statistics home' feature
