07fe514275 Don't specify major version when dlopen()ing the vulkan loader, always 
use the latest.  Similiar to the situation with libGL.

0ea013ab5a update to SDL2-2.0.8, from Thomas Frohwein (taking maintainer). Adds an 
optional mapping of the Gamecontroller API via the SDL_GAMECONTROLLERCONFIG
env var (see new pkg-readme).

Notable port changes:
 - jack audio disabled from build
 - libsamplerate as ldepends
 - prevent SDL from returning an error when built
   without haptic support, this allows FNA based
   games to work instead of dying
 - x11window patch is no longer needed (upstreamed)
 - modify SDL_GetPlatform to pretend we are Linux
   which allows FNA based games to run before the
   upstreamed change trickles down to released
   games

a1790136df Disable dbus and ibus in configure so the sdl2 build doesn't pick up 
accidental dependencies.  dbus is used for disabling the screensaver in
some cases and communicating with the ibus input method.

a183b75553 "/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/" is part of mtree(8). 
Packages should not own this dir to prevent its deletion or a warning that it
cannot be removed because it's not empty at pkg_delete(1) time.
