Remove a conflicting malloc declaration
In xview-lib, use XAllocIDs instead of several calls to XAllocID
that lead to segfaults with newer libX11
At least it runs now...

Some patchy work-around since XView installs under /usr/X11R6 right now,
...
and we want all the calentool files under the same suffix.
Sane manpage install rules, decent PLIST...
and Fake, of course.
