Fix dependencies (missing py-gobject3).
...
Enable the python plugins -- they require py3-gobject3 which is not around
yet (we will move py-gobject3 to python3 sooner than later) but at least
the gedit ports are ready for the py3 move.

Really fix for good : remove the configure patch making it look for
...
liblibclang, which is now libclang.
Reported by naddy@ again. This time should be okay, i checked it
packaged :)

make plist has been broken long enough that I don't want to deal with it
...
anymore; instead of using @comment markers in PLIST, use a post-install
target to remove what we don't want.
